Gaelic
As the Arts Centre for the Highlands Eden Court is proud to be a multilingual building and a home for Gaelic in Inverness.
Gaelic is warmly welcomed here at Eden Court, whether you are fluent, a learner or just curious about the language.
We want to ensure our building, programme and activities are accessible to those who speak and use Gaelic in their everyday lives. If you’d like to receive information currently presented in English in Gaelic please contact: [email protected]
We are at work on a new, ambitious Gaelic strategy for the whole organisation, to set out how we will promote, celebrate and use the language.
Our programme
We are dedicated to putting exciting, high quality Gaelic work on our stages and screens. Forthcoming performances and events involving Gaelic include:
Supporting artists
We are also committed to supporting artists working in Gaelic across Scotland, and particularly in the Highlands. The Eden Court team has a wide range of experience and expertise and we’re ready to share it to help develop the sector. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss a project or an idea at any stage of development, in any art form.
More information for artists and companies, including how we support Highland artists can be found here:
