Teya-Jean Bawden

Teya-Jean Bawden is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from the Highlands. In 2023, she was named by BBC Radio 3 as one of ten ‘inspirational women using music to changes lives’ for her work on the Fèis Rois Lullaby Project. She has previously supported Blue Rose Code and The Little Unsaid, and has featured for Sofar Sounds as well as the local festival circuit. Teya-Jean is known for her finger-style playing coupled with lyrical musings on love, life and all the careening in between.

Kentra is a Scottish folk duo originally from Inverness and now based in Glasgow. The duo is comprised of fiddle (Kate Macleod) and piano (Amy Naulls). With their contrasting musical backgrounds and shared love of folk music, they have come together to create a fresh and distinct sound, showcasing a vibrant take on the traditional style.
