BA Arts with Community

The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland has a brand-new undergraduate programme called BA Arts with Community.

If you are in S5, S6, at college or an adult thinking about returning to study, this might be the course for you!

Jesse Paul, Head of Fair Access at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS), will be running an interactive session at Eden Court for anyone interested in the programme - come and take the next step to your future career.

Sessions take place at Eden Court on Tue 5 Nov:

Session 1: 10.30am - 11.30am

Session 2: 1.30pm - 2.30pm

These sessions are targeted at anyone who would like to explore performing and/or production arts in community settings. Whether you are a performer or a storyteller, a visual artist or a writer, a musician or a filmmaker, a production artist or a dancer, this programme will encourage you to explore your own artform and voice as a self-determined community artist. It is suitable for people at the beginning of their community arts journey and also established artists seeking a new community-focussed direction.

During the hour-long session you will:

• Find out about the course

• Participate in a group activity that explores the impact of the arts

• Have an opportunity to ask questions
