Terms + Conditions

• By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Entrants must have commented via Eden Court Highlands and/or The Gathering Festival's Facebook posts, shared at least one of the posts, and followed both the @edencourttheatre and @thegatheringscotland pages.
• Eden Court and The Gathering Festival staff are not eligible for this competition.
• Four winners will be chosen at random from the valid entrants.
• The winners will each receive a set of family tickets (distribution of adults + children tickets to be determined by Eden Court Highlands/The Gathering Festival once in contact with the winners) to The Gathering Festival on Sat 24 May 2025 and Restless Natives on a selected performance from Thu 29 May - Sun 1 Jun.
• The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for the cash alternative.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
• The draw closes at 11.59pm on Sun 18th May 2025.
• The winners will be notified by private message via Eden Court Highlands' official Facebook page ('Eden Court Theatre and Cinema' / @edencourttheatre) by Monday 19th May 2025. Please note that we will never ask any winners to contact us first or ask them for personal/banking information online.
