Programme changes + cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or change the published times of any performance and will contact bookers accordingly. We will do our best to keep information on our website accurate and up to date. Please note that although we work hard to ensure everything in our brochures is correct, we are human and mistakes do happen. If you need to double-check something, give us a call on 01463 234 234.

Children

Eden Court welcomes children of all ages unless the performance has a specific age restriction (please check the age guidance for individual shows on the event page listing). Children of 10 years and over are welcome to attend unaccompanied but parents should note that the responsibility for their children's safety and wellbeing remains theirs. Any member of the audience will be required to leave if their behaviour is disturbing for other visitors.

Children aged 12 months plus will require their own ticket at full price or child concession, if available.

We will accommodate babes in arms (children up to 12 months) where possible. They must sit on a parent or carer’s lap but they still need a ticket, which can be booked at no extra cost by contacting Ticket Sales.

In certain cases, babes in arms are not permitted to attend some events. This will be clearly stated on the event page age guidance section but please contact our Ticket Sales team if you have any questions.
