An inclusive dance group for all ages, from under 5 to 95.
This group is an opportunity for people of all ages to dance together, connect and create performances.
Come along and move with your friends, your family and other enthusiastic dancers. No dance experience is necessary, just energy and creativity.
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a participant aged over 18.

Subscription: £57 (16+) / £48 (Under 16s) | Drop-in: £9.50 (16+) / £8 (Under 16s)
Term breakdown
Term 1: Mon 24 Aug - Mon 5 Oct, Mon 26 Oct - Mon 9 Oct
This term the group will create a piece to be performed at Elevate 2026 – an event celebrating dance in the Highlands.
Term 2: Mon 11 Jan - Mon 8 Feb, Mon 22 Feb - Mon 22 Mar
This term, participants will be able to start creating a piece to be performed the Spring Dance Platform.
Term 3: Mon 12 Apr - Mon 21 Jun
This term the focus will be on rehearsing for the Spring Dance Platform performance.
