  • Drop In Class

An energetic and informal class based in modern dance techniques. Through exercises and sequences we build physical awareness, movement qualities and dance skills.

A reasonable level of fitness is required as the class includes jumps and floor work but is great for improving range of movement, flexibility and strength. Some previous dance experience is recommended.

Class running time: 6.30pm - 8pm

We’re delighted to be able to offer a Pay It Forward option when purchasing class tickets/subscriptions. This gives you the option to add £1 per week to the cost of your ticket, to help us continue to offer all our exciting classes, projects and opportunities to those who may face additional barriers to participation.
