We are passionate about helping young people who face barriers for participation in the arts to see more films, shows or exhibitions with us and through the Highlands. So we are excited to tell you about the new Invite, Go and see Fund we are launching, as part of our CashBack Highlands programme, funded by CashBack for Communities and Inspiring Scotland.
This fund is open to those aged 12+, for whom the cost of attending their chosen event would restrict them from doing so. Funding is subject to availability for the chosen event or performance.
You might use this to join a Studio class, come and see a film or show, or take part in something else altogether - at another venue in the Highlands. We’d encourage you to try something that you might not normally try too. We have a great range of styles of performances and other art-forms for you to engage with here at Eden Court.
We can offer each individual applicant a maximum of 2 tickets, or entry fees, and support with travel costs if required. Just let us know about this in the application form. We can also support and fund group trips - though this will require each participant to fill out a registration form - then send us some feedback in their chosen format.
The Fund is limited and we want to ensure as many people as possible can access it.
If successful in your application, we’d like you to take a photo of yourself at your chosen event/show and send it to us, along with a short paragraph of 50-100 words about your trip and why it was special to you.
The Fund can be used for any cultural trips - at Eden Court, or elsewhere and is available until February 2023!
The Invite, Go and See Fund is part of Eden Court's #CashBackHighlands programme, funded by CashBack for Communities and Inspiring Scotland.
