Rebecca Martin
she/herWriterRebecca Martin is a neurodiverse writer based in Inverness. She graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a Master's in Creative Writing and recently returned to her hometown Inverness after several years living in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Her most recent project saw her in the role of Script Developer for the project Hear My Roar with Eden Court.
She was an Associate Artist at Lyth Arts Centre and was funded by Spirit of the Highlands and Creative Scotland for her audio piece, The River Goddess of Clootie Well. Her play Rabbit Catcher was produced into an audio play by Traverse Theatre and her poem Luminous Light Peeking Through was published by SLAMinutes Anthology. She was also selected for a David Pease Award.
Rebecca is motivated and inspired to uplift voices that lack representation within the industry.
