This role involves working 20 hours per week, including regular weekend shifts. From time to time, earlier starts may be required depending on events taking place within the theatre. During our busy Christmas pantomime season, additional flexibility will be needed, with some split shifts to support routine cleaning and to ensure the auditorium and facilities are refreshed between performances.

HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years’ service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years’ service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
