The People + Culture Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the People + Culture team during temporary cover, helping to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality HR services across the organisation. This role will play a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across core People + Culture activities, supporting both employees and managers through accurate, timely, and responsive administration.
The role will focus on a range of HR administrative tasks, including coordinating recruitment activity, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, preparing onboarding documentation, and supporting the induction process for new starters. The successful candidate will also assist with maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR systems, managing confidential documentation, and ensuring information is recorded in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Working closely with the People + Culture Coordinator and wider team, the People + Culture Assistant will help manage competing priorities, respond to routine queries, and support the delivery of a positive employee experience. The role may also involve assisting with HR reporting, compliance tasks, and other administrative duties as required during the cover period.

HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years’ service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years’ service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
