Eden Court is delighted to be hosting a free weekly class designed especially for those with Parkinson's disease and their families and carers.
These classes will develop participant's confidence and creativity, whilst addressing Parkinson's specific concerns such as balance, flexibility, coordination, gait and social isolation. The session is following by tea/coffee, cake and a blether. It's fine to come along when you can, or every week!
