Looking for something new and exciting? Wanting to dip your toe in the world of drama for the first time? Missing performing? Then Just Act is just what you have been looking for! Explore your creative skills in a fun, social and safe space. Meet new people, build your confidence, develop new skills and have the opportunity to perform.
Past productions have included comedy, Shakespeare, Chaucer and Spanish drama. Productions have been staged in the OneTouch Theatre, Under Canvas and as an outdoor promenade performance.

Term breakdown
Term 1: Mon 24 Aug - Mon 5 Oct, Mon 26 Oct - Mon 9 Oct
This term will focus on the group getting to know one another and developing skills through drama games and exercises.
Term 2: Mon 11 Jan - Mon 8 Feb, Mon 22 Feb - Mon 22 Mar
In this term we will decide on a production for the summer term. We will cast the show and work on developing character, movement and performance techniques.
Term 3: Mon 12 Apr - Mon 21 Jun
Through weekly rehearsals we will work towards out live performance at the end of term. This term is closed to new members.
